1. Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
- Domain registrations are non-refundable once registration has been submitted to the registrar or otherwise committed for processing.
- Domain renewals and transfers are non-refundable once the renewal or transfer has started.
- Unused pending domain carts can be canceled before payment confirmation without penalty.
2. Hosting plans and provisioned services
Hosting services become non-refundable once setup, deployment, migration work, account customization, or routing allocation has started.
- Pre-provisioning cancellations may be reviewed case by case.
- Add-ons such as SSL setup, managed migration, or manual account work are not refundable after delivery starts.
- Suspension for policy abuse does not create a refund right.
3. Manual and crypto-confirmed payments
Because some orders are confirmed after manual transaction review, customers are responsible for submitting the correct reference or transaction hash.
- Wrong-wallet sends, incorrect network choice, or missing reference details may delay or block fulfillment.
- Once a payment is confirmed and service work begins, the order follows the same non-refundable rule as other provisioned services.
- Duplicate payments or clear processing errors can be reviewed for correction.
4. Disputes and review window
Refund or billing disputes should be sent to support@tryb4host.com with the order id, service name, payment reference, and reason for review.
- We may ask for screenshots, wallet proof, or account-verification details before reviewing a disputed charge.
- Reviews do not guarantee reversal when the service has already been consumed, registered, or provisioned.
- Approved reversals, where available, are processed using the payment route reasonably available for the original order.
